Most commercially insured patients pay only a specialist copay — typically $20–$60 for follow-up visits, and sometimes higher for the initial evaluation depending on plan deductible. We verify benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.
Oregon law and the federal Mental Health Parity Act require most commercial insurers to cover psychiatric care on par with medical care. In practice, that means the same deductible and out-of-pocket maximum applies across both. If your plan is denying psychiatric visits it otherwise covers for medical care, we can help you file a parity-based appeal.
New-patient appointments typically available within about two weeks. We verify your insurance benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
