We do not accept Oregon Health Plan.

MindHealth Psychiatry does not participate with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or any Coordinated Care Organization — including Yamhill Community Care, PacificSource Community Solutions, Trillium, Health Share, and others. If you have OHP, we will not be able to bill your plan.

Self-pay rates are published on our pricing page. If you have OHP and need specialty psychiatric care, we can provide referrals to providers who do participate.

What does a psychiatric visit cost in Oregon with insurance?

Most commercially insured patients pay only a specialist copay — typically $20–$60 for follow-up visits, and sometimes higher for the initial evaluation depending on plan deductible. We verify benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

What about mental-health parity in Oregon?

Oregon law and the federal Mental Health Parity Act require most commercial insurers to cover psychiatric care on par with medical care. In practice, that means the same deductible and out-of-pocket maximum applies across both. If your plan is denying psychiatric visits it otherwise covers for medical care, we can help you file a parity-based appeal.
