If you live in Oregon and see us at the Vancouver, WA office, your Oregon insurance plan is what applies — because the legal "where" of care is typically the state where the patient is located. We confirm this for your plan during benefits verification.

No. We are not in-network with Premera Blue Cross. We accept Regence BlueShield of Washington as our primary Blue Cross / Blue Shield carrier. If you have Premera, we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement — please call the office to discuss.
