MindHealth Psychiatry does not participate with Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) or any Apple Health managed-care plan — including Molina Healthcare, Coordinated Care, Community Health Plan of Washington, United Healthcare Community Plan, and Wellpoint. If you have Apple Health, we will not be able to bill your plan.

Self-pay rates are published on our pricing page. If you have Apple Health and need specialty psychiatric care, we can provide referrals to providers who do participate.

If you live in Oregon and see us at the Vancouver, WA office, your Oregon insurance plan is what applies — because the legal "where" of care is typically the state where the patient is located. Does MindHealth Psychiatry take Regence BlueCross BlueShield in Washington?

Yes. We are in-network with Regence BlueShield of Washington for both commercial and employer plans, including BCBS out-of-state members via BlueCard.

Does MindHealth Psychiatry accept Premera Blue Cross?

No. We are not in-network with Premera Blue Cross. We accept Regence BlueShield of Washington as our primary Blue Cross / Blue Shield carrier. If you have Premera, we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement — please call the office to discuss.

Does the practice accept First Choice Health?

Yes. We are in-network with First Choice Health in Washington — a Seattle-based PPO network covering many employer plans in the Pacific Northwest.

Do you accept Washington Apple Health (Medicaid)?

No. MindHealth Psychiatry does not participate with Washington Apple Health or any Apple Health managed-care plan. Self-pay rates are published on our pricing page.

Can I use a Washington insurance plan for telehealth?

Yes. Washington insurance plans cover telehealth psychiatric visits on par with in-person care. You must be physically located in Washington during the telehealth visit.
