If you have Apple Health, we will not be able to bill your plan.

MindHealth Psychiatry is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. If you live in Oregon and see us at the Vancouver, WA office, your Oregon insurance plan is what applies — because the legal "where" of care is typically the state where the patient is located. We confirm this for your plan during benefits verification.
No. We are not in-network with Premera Blue Cross. We can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and self-pay rates are available by phone — please call the office to discuss.
