Evidence-based adult psychiatry for Clark County and the greater Portland-metro area — with adult ADHD as a practice specialty and a typical two-week wait for new patients.
Our Vancouver office is the Washington anchor of a practice that spans both sides of the Columbia. We see adults from throughout Clark County — Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Washougal, and the Hazel Dell corridor — as well as patients commuting across the river from Portland who prefer the shorter drive and easier parking.
Adult ADHD is a practice specialty, and a significant portion of our Vancouver caseload is first-time ADHD evaluations, medication optimization for adults who were diagnosed as children, and second opinions on stimulant management. We also treat depression, anxiety, and related conditions — with a strong preference for conservative, evidence-based medication choices and thorough follow-up.
We don't overbook. We accept ten major insurance plans — including Regence BCBS, Moda, and PacificSource — verify benefits before your first appointment, and bill directly. Washington telehealth is available for everyone else in the state.
Our practice specialty. Comprehensive evaluations, stimulant and non-stimulant medication, and long-term management for adults.
Major depression, persistent depressive disorder, postpartum, and thoughtful treatment-resistant strategies.
Generalized, panic, social, and health anxiety — with a strong preference for durable non-benzodiazepine options.
Attentive follow-ups for adults stable on medication, including complex regimens that need simplifying.
Telehealth across Washington means patients from Longview to the Tri-Cities — and everywhere in between — can see our Vancouver-based clinicians without crossing the county line.
