How I can help

Help with getting care started.

01

Scheduling

Booking new-patient and follow-up appointments across Salem, Newberg, Vancouver, and telehealth. If the online calendar doesn’t show what you need, call, we often have flexibility that isn’t published.

02

What to expect

Walking you through how a first visit works, how long it takes, what to have ready, and what happens afterward, so nothing about the process is a surprise.

03

Patient portal support

Help with portal sign-in, messaging Lavena, completing forms, or finding your visit notes. If something in the portal isn’t working, call.

04

General questions

If you’re not sure who to ask, ask me first. I’ll either answer it or get the right person involved.

A note on scope

What I won’t do.

I’m not a clinician, so I can’t answer medical questions, recommend medications, or speak to anything that requires Lavena’s clinical judgment. If you have a question about your treatment, message her through the patient portal, or I’ll get it to her if you’re calling.

If you’re in crisis, please call or text 988 or call 911. Our office isn’t equipped for crisis care, and you’ll get faster help that way.

Ready to get started?

Most new-patient appointments are available within a few days. I’ll verify your insurance benefits before the first visit so we can quote your out-of-pocket cost up front.
