Statements, payment plans, HSA / FSA setup, Good Faith Estimates, and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. If something doesn’t look right on a bill, this is who to ask.
Processing records requests, releases of information to outside providers, and any paperwork required by your insurance, employer, or school.
Help with portal sign-in, messaging Lavena, completing forms, or finding your visit notes. If something in the portal isn’t working, call.
If you’re not sure who to ask — ask me first. I’ll either answer it or get the right person involved.
I’m not a clinician — so I can’t answer medical questions, recommend medications, or speak to anything that requires Lavena’s clinical judgment. If you have a question about your treatment, message her through the patient portal, or I’ll get it to her if you’re calling.
