Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Friendly, compassionate care for adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD —in Newberg, Salem, Vancouver, and by telehealth across Oregon and Washington.
My approach is friendly and compassionate — I want you to feel genuinely heard, not processed. We take a careful history, talk through what's been getting in the way, and build a plan together.
I believe medication is a tool, not a destination. Every prescribing decision is a conversation: what are your goals, what tradeoffs are you willing to accept, and what would "better" actually look like in your life? I treat adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, and betrayal trauma — and I draw on integrative psychiatry training to consider sleep, nutrition, movement, and nervous-system regulation alongside pharmacology.
Outside of work you'll find me in Oregon's outdoors — which is where I do my own nervous-system regulation. I'm a mother of two, which keeps the clinical work honest about what real life actually demands.
