How I practice

Unhurried visits. Collaborative decisions.

My approach is friendly and compassionate — I want you to feel genuinely heard, not processed. We take a careful history, talk through what's been getting in the way, and build a plan together.

I believe medication is a tool, not a destination. Every prescribing decision is a conversation: what are your goals, what tradeoffs are you willing to accept, and what would "better" actually look like in your life? I treat adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, and betrayal trauma — and I draw on integrative psychiatry training to consider sleep, nutrition, movement, and nervous-system regulation alongside pharmacology.

Outside of work you'll find me in Oregon's outdoors — which is where I do my own nervous-system regulation. I'm a mother of two, which keeps the clinical work honest about what real life actually demands.
