You need to be physically located in Washington at the time of your visit. We treat adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD with medication management and typically see new patients within about a day. We do not accept Washington Apple Health or Medicaid.

Federal telemedicine flexibilities permitting DEA-registered clinicians to prescribe Schedule II–V controlled medications by audio-video telehealth — without a prior in-person exam — have been extended by the DEA and HHS through December 31, 2026, while permanent rules are finalized.
So yes, a stimulant can be prescribed after an online evaluation when it's clinically appropriate. But not on demand. We complete a real diagnostic evaluation — history, validated rating scales, and screening for the conditions that mimic or travel with ADHD — and we check the Washington Prescription Monitoring Program. Sometimes the right first step is labs, prior records, or a non-stimulant.
